Edamame is a fun food with a flaw. What to do with the unpalatable pod part? Get a two sided dish! Pile the edamame on one side & ditch the empty pods on the other. Also works for shrimp or olives with pits. Or you can use it for condiments, cocktail sauce on one side, tartar sauce on the other. Ketchup & mustard! Mayo & relish! Yay!
