We don't collect or keep personal information from visitors to our site, unless you make a purchase.
When you make a purchase, your financials are not saved (or even available to us). We do add you to our email list, though, which you can opt out of by unsubscribing.
We do use cookies to track which pages are viewed and for how long. Which is kind of cool. 
Of course, NONE of the information we collect is ever shared. Because that is NOT cool.

                                                  Our Payment Policies
    
Payment in full required before order is shipped.
If payment is by check, shipping will be delayed until the check has cleared our bank.
Recently our website is being quirky about calculating shipping rates, so the base rate has been increased to $15. Any overages will be refunded.

                                                 Our Shipping Policies

Once payment is received merchandise is usually shipped within 24 hours - and often same day (we are in a rural community, so transit time is not as swift as if we were in a big city, so we make every effort to get work into the post as quickly as possible). Exceptions is when we are traveling and that will be noted on the website's home page. Merchandise will then be shipped as soon as we return.

                                                Our Return Policies

Refund of item value within 5 days of receipt, once item is returned with packaging intact. Shipping charges are not refunded. 
Customer pays return shipping charge.
Store credit after 7 days, once item is returned with packaging intact. Shipping charges are not refunded. 
No returns or refunds after 15 days
